How many spoonfuls of extra virgin olive oil should I take a day?

Just 1 Tbsp (15 mL) with each daily meal could help you achieve your ultimate health.

Most clinical research suggests taking 2-4 tbsp a day of an ultra high polyphenol olive oil to gain the health benefits associated with olive oil. The olive oils used in these clinic research trials have a minimum polyphenol count of 500mg/kg. This is why we suggest purchasing oils with a count of 600mg/kg or higher and from the latest harvest as polyphenols degrade over time.

One 500ml bottle of olive oil should last you around 11 days if you take a tablespoon with each main meal daily (3 tbsp a day). Opus's value bundle deal is great if you want to try and take olive oil daily for 2 months.
